Property provides the foundation for our urban environment. We professionally manage site identification, acquisition, market analysis, design, planning approval, contractor procurement, construction, finance, sales and marketing to deliver successful outcomes for our project stakeholders.
Our Managing Director and founder, Wayne Golledge, has been involved in the property industry for 35 years. This longevity in the industry provides immense experience through the full life cycle of a development project. This skill starts with spotting opportunity in the acquisition of land, matching market demand with project design, obtaining Authority approvals, procuring appropriate contractors and ultimately delivering high-quality outcomes.

Our approach is simple. We take the time to identify exactly what the market wants and then we have a unique ability to inspire the project team to deliver our vision. We strongly advocate that maximising the type of product that the market wants is the key to a successful outcome. This may be a development that provides larger apartments rather than more apartments. It may mean more open space or community amenity is woven into a development project. We take the time to create a seamless match between product and people.

Wayne is absolutely passionate about property. He has 30+ years of experience in the property industry and the unique ability to bring together people and property. He lives and breathes for successfully developing property to create homes, workplaces and social infrastructure. He loves getting involved in identifying the initial vision for the property and then driving his team of consultants and contractors to bring that dream to fruition. Customer satisfaction is everything in property development and he has the knack of getting it right.
